This package does not provide any libraries so only one installation is needed.
Compile the package:
./configure --prefix=/usr --sysconfdir=/etc && sed -i 's/bashcomp-config/bash-completion-config/g' bash-completion-config.in && sed -i 's/bashcomp-config/bash-completion-config/g' Makefile && make
Install the package
make install && rm -v /etc/profile.d/bash-completion
