First to choose if you are going to apply an optional patch that fix a UTF16 writing bug. If so:

 patch -Np1 -i ../patch_id3lib_{{Id3lib-Version}}_UTF16_writing_bug.diff

Configure and compile the package:

 ./configure --prefix=/usr &&
 make

Install the package:

 make install

== Multilib ==
