Introduction to LAME
The LAME package contains an MP3 encoder and optionally, an MP3 frame analyzer. This is useful for creating and analyzing compressed audio files.

Configure and compile the package:
./configure --prefix=/usr --enable-mp3rtp && make
Install the package:
make install

Configure and compile the package:
CC="gcc ${BUILD32}" USE_ARCH=32 ./configure --prefix=/usr \ --enable-mp3rtp && make
Install the package:
