Introduction to Libpcap
Libpcap provides a system-independent interface for user-level packet capture. It includes a portable framework for low-level network monitoring. Applications include network statistics collection, security monitoring, network debugging, etc.

Currently, compiling with Flex 2.5.34 results in a broken libpcap. A Patch is available!
