Music Player Daemon (MPD) allows remote access for playing music and managing playlists. MPD is designed for integrating a computer into a stereo system that provides control for music playback over a local network.

Install the package:
make install && cp -v doc/mpdconf.example ~/.mpdconf
Multilib
This package does not provide any libraries so only one installation is required.
32Bit
Compile the package:
USE_ARCH=32 CC="gcc ${BUILD32}" PKG_CONFIG_PATH="${PKG_CONFIG_PATH32}" \ ./configure --prefix=/usr && make
Install the package:
make install && cp -v doc/mpdconf.example ~/.mpdconf
