Install the package
make install install.man && install -v -m755 -d /usr/share/doc/nas-1.7/pdf && install -v -m644 doc/pdf/* /usr/share/doc/nas-1.7/pdf && install -v -m644 doc/{README,actions,*.{ps,txt}} \ /usr/share/doc/nas-1.7
Multilib
32Bit
Compile the package:
patch -Np1 -i ../nas-1.7-gcc4-1.patch && USE_ARCH=32 xmkmf && USE_ARCH=32 make World
Install the package
USE_ARCH=32 make install
N32
Compile the package:
patch -Np1 -i ../nas-1.7-gcc4-1.patch && USE_ARCH=n32 xmkmf && USE_ARCH=n32 make World
Install the package
USE_ARCH=n32 make install
64Bit
Compile the package:
patch -Np1 -i ../nas-1.7-gcc4-1.patch && USE_ARCH=64 xmkmf && USE_ARCH=64 make World
Install the package

Configuration
Create the NAS configuration file using the following command:
install -v -m644 /etc/nas/nasd.conf.eg /etc/nas/nasd.conf
BootScript
Install the /etc/rc.d/init.d/gpm init script included in the blfs-bootscripts package.
make install-nas
The init script uses a default prefix of /usr/X11R6. If you've installed the X Window System into any other prefix, execute the following command, replacing <PREFIX> with the installation prefix of the X Window System.
sed -i "s@/usr/X11R6@${XORG_PREFIX}@g" /etc/rc.d/init.d/nas
