Introduction to Pango
Pango is a library for laying out and rendering of text, with an emphasis on internationalization. Pango can be used anywhere that text layout is needed, though most of the work on Pango so far has been done in the context of the GTK+ widget toolkit. Pango forms the core of text and font handling for Gtk2.

Install the package
make install
Multilib
32Bit
The following commands make pango put it's configuration information in /etc/pango-32:
patch -Np1 -i ../pango-1.26.2-multilib-1.patch sed -i "s/BUILDENV/32/" pango/pango-utils.c \ modules/Makefile.am modules/Makefile.in \ pango/Makefile.am pango/Makefile.in
Compile the package:
CC="gcc ${BUILD32}" USE_ARCH=32 \ PKG_CONFIG_PATH="${PKG_CONFIG_PATH32}" \ ./configure --prefix=/usr --sysconfdir=/etc && make
Install the package
make install && mv -v /usr/bin/pango-querymodules{,-32}
N32
