Introduction to Poppler
The Poppler package contains a PDF rendering library. This is useful for providing PDF rendering functionality as a shared library.
Dependencies
Optional
- Pkg-config
- libjpeg
- FontConfig
- cairo
- Gtk2
- Qt3 (required if you wish to use Poppler with KdeGraphics)
- Qt4
- Gtk-Doc
Non-Multilib
Compile the package:
./configure --prefix=/usr --sysconfdir=/etc \
--enable-opi --enable-zlib &&
make
Install the package
make install && install -v -m644 -D README /usr/share/doc/poppler-0.12.4/README
Multilib
32Bit
Compile the package:
CC="gcc ${BUILD32}" CXX="g++ ${BUILD32}" USE_ARCH=32 \
PKG_CONFIG_PATH="${PKG_CONFIG_PATH32}" \
./configure --prefix=/usr --sysconfdir=/etc \
--enable-opi --enable-zlib &&
make
Install the package
make install
