Introduction to FLTK

FLTK (pronounced "fulltick") is a cross-platform C++ GUI toolkit for UNIX, Linux, Microsoft Windows, and MacOS X. FLTK provides modern GUI functionality without the bloat and supports 3D graphics via OpenGL and its built-in GLUT emulation.

Configuration Information

--enable-shared: turn on shared libraries.
--enable-localjpeg: use local JPEG library.
--enable-localzlib: use local ZLIB library.
--enable-localpng: use local PNG library.
--enable-xinerama: turn on Xinerama support.
--enable-xft: turn on Xft support.

Non-Multilib

Compile the package:

./configure --prefix=/usr --enable-shared &&
make

Install the package

make install

Multilib

32Bit

Compile the package:

CC="gcc ${BUILD32}" CXX="g++ ${BUILD32}" ./configure --prefix=/usr \
    --x-libraries=${XORG_PREFIX}/lib --enable-shared &&
make

Install the package

make install &&
mv -v /usr/bin/fltk-config{,-32}

N32

Compile the package:

CC="gcc ${BUILDN32}" CXX="g++ ${BUILDN32}" ./configure --prefix=/usr \
    --x-libraries=${XORG_PREFIX}/lib32 --libdir=/usr/lib32 --enable-shared &&
make

Install the package

make install &&
mv -v /usr/bin/fltk-config{,-n32}

64Bit

Compile the package:

CC="gcc ${BUILD64}" CXX="g++ ${BUILD64}" ./configure --prefix=/usr \
    --x-libraries=${XORG_PREFIX}/lib64 --libdir=/usr/lib64 --enable-shared &&
make

Install the package

make install &&
mv -v /usr/bin/fltk-config{,-64} &&
ln -sfv multiarch_wrapper /usr/bin/fltk-config
