Note

These instructions assume you are using ACML for the BLAS and LAPACK functions. If you use BLAS or LAPACK, adjust the export commands accordingly.

Install the package:

export BLAS=/opt/acml3.6.1/gfortran_64/lib/libacml.a
export LAPACK=/opt/acmlTemplate:ACML Version/gfortran_64/lib/libacml.a

python setup.py install --prefix=/usr

unset BLAS
unset LAPACK
