Configuration Information

There are numerous configuration options listed below that you may want to use:

--enable-v4l \

--enable-liblzo --with-lzo-includes=/usr/include/lzo \
--enable-libpostproc --with-libpostproc-includes=/usr/include/postproc \

--enable-sdl \
--enable-gtk \

Non-Multilib

If you want build transcode against libmpeg3, apply this patch:

patch -Np1 -i ../transcode-1.1.0-libmpeg3_1.7-1.patch

Apply this patch ONLY if you have lzo version 2:

patch -Np1 -i ../transcode-1.1.0-lzo2-1.patch

Configure and compile the package:

patch -Np1 -i ../transcode-1.1.0-bigdir-1.patch
./configure --prefix=/usr &&
make

Install the package:

make install

Multilib

This package does not install any external libraries so only one installation is needed.

32Bit

If you want build transcode against libmpeg3, apply this patch:

patch -Np1 -i ../transcode-1.1.0-libmpeg3_1.7-1.patch

Apply this patch ONLY if you have lzo version 2:

patch -Np1 -i ../transcode-1.1.0-lzo2-1.patch

Configure and compile the package:

patch -Np1 -i ../transcode-1.1.0-bigdir-1.patch
CC="gcc ${BUILD32}" USE_ARCH=32 \
PKG_CONFIG_PATH="${PKG_CONFIG_PATH32}" \
./configure --prefix=/usr --build=${CLFS_TARGET32} &&
make

Install the package:

make install
