Download Source: http://mirrors.dotsrc.org/fedora/development/source/SRPMS/libuser-0.54.7-2.src.rpm

Extracting the RPM

An extracted package can be downloaded from: http://cross-lfs.org/~jciccone/libuser-0.54.7.tar.gz

Make sure that you have rpm2cpio and Cpio installed. This is not the only way to extract the tarball. If you know of a better way that has almost no dependencies, By all means add it.

rpm2cpio libuser-0.54.7-2.src.rpm | cpio -d -i

The above command will create 2 files. libuser-0.54.7.tar.gz and libuser.spec. It is safe to delete libuser.spec
