Introduction to Netplug

Netplug is a Linux daemon that brings up/down network interfaces in response to network cables being plugged in and out. This application is mostly useful for a laptop or computer (used for lan parties?) that is often relocated to different LANs.

This package does not use a configure script.

Non-Multilib

Compile the package:

./configure --prefix=/usr &&
make

Install the package

make install

Multilib

This package does not provide any libraries so only one installation is needed.

32Bit

Compile the package:

CC="gcc ${BUILD32}" ./configure --prefix=/usr &&
make

Install the package

make install

N32

Compile the package:

CC="gcc ${BUILDN32}" ./configure --prefix=/usr \
    --libdir=/usr/lib32 &&
make

Install the package

make install

64Bit

Compile the package:

CC="gcc ${BUILD64}" ./configure --prefix=/usr \
    --libdir=/usr/lib64 &&
make

make install
