Introduction to Popt

The popt package contains the popt libraries which are used by some programs to parse command-line options.

Dependencies

Non-Multilib

Compile the package:

sed -i -e "/*origOptString ==/c 0)" popt.c &&
autoreconf -f -i &&
sed -i "/MARK64=/s/^x/# &/" configure &&
./configure --prefix=/usr &&
make

Install the package

make install

Multilib

32Bit

Compile the package:

sed -i -e "/*origOptString ==/c 0)" popt.c &&
autoreconf -f -i &&
sed -i "/MARK64=/s/^x/# &/" configure &&
CC="gcc ${BUILD32}" CXX="g++ ${BUILD32}" ./configure --prefix=/usr &&
make

Install the package

make install
