Dependencies

Note

It's highly recommended to enable the inotify support in kernel.

Required

• CLucene
• LibXML2

Recommended

• D-BUS
• CppUnit

Optional

• Qt4 (to build gui interface)

Configuration Information

-DENABLE_INOTIFY:BOOL=ON: enable inotify support. See note below.

-DENABLE_DBUS:BOOL=ON: enable D-BUS support.

Non-Multilib

Compile the package:

mkdir build &&
cd build &&
cmake .. -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr \
   -DENABLE_INOTIFY:BOOL=ON -DENABLE_DBUS:BOOL=ON &&
make

Install the package:

make install

Compile the strigiapplet package (Optional and only if you have KDE3):

mkdir build &&
cd build &&
cmake .. -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr &&
make

Install the package:

make install
