Install the plugin:

./flashplayer-installer

x86_64 Non-Multilib (32-bit only) or Multilib

Patch the installer:

patch -Np1 -i ../flashplayer-9.0.31.0-allowx86_64-1.patch

Install the plugin:

./flashplayer-installer
